A New Way to Enjoy Agave
Authentic agave spirit for modern drinking occasions. Crafted in Jalisco. Designed for the moments you want more from.
Why We Started Leve
For generations, the choice was simple: drink full-strength spirits or don't drink at all.
But the way people drink is changing.
Today's occasions are longer, more social and more intentional. Long lunches become evenings. Weekday drinks turn into dinner. Friends stay for another round. More people are looking for drinks that fit these moments, not because they want less enjoyment, but because they want more from the time they spend together.
We believed there was a missing category.
Not another tequila. Not another alcohol-free alternative. But an authentic agave spirit designed specifically for the way people want to drink today.
That belief became Leve.
More of What Matters
Leve isn't about drinking less. It's about enjoying more.
More conversation.
More celebrations.
More afternoons that become evenings.
More stories you'll actually remember.
We believe great drinks should bring people together, not rush the occasion.
Crafted with Respect
Creating a lower-ABV agave spirit only made sense if it respected everything that makes agave spirits special.
Leve is produced entirely in Jalisco, Mexico, using 100% Blue Weber Agave and traditional production methods. We're building something new from the same foundations of authenticity, provenance and craftsmanship.
Lower alcohol should never mean lower standards.

Our Story
Leve was founded by three friends who believed there was a category missing from the drinks world.
After stepping away from the Formula 1 driver's seat at Williams Racing and graduating from London Business School, Nicholas Latifi joined forces with Cesar Carranza and Harsha Sankar to explore a simple question:
"What if there was an authentic agave spirit designed for the way people want to drink today?"
That question was rooted in their own experience. As part of a cohort of nearly 500 students, they spent countless evenings in pubs after class, celebrating birthdays and making the most of life in London. They also happened to share a love of agave spirits.
Nicholas, who describes himself as "never having been a big drinker" (his excuse is that he was an athlete), basically only drinks tequila. Harsha has much more eclectic tastes, but his appreciation for agave began with a spicy mezcal margarita at an airport restaurant in Chicago, sparking several years of seeking out cocktail bars. And well... Cesar is a proud Mexican.
With the enthusiastic support of friends who believed in the idea from the beginning, what started as a classroom project quickly became something much bigger.
The search for an answer led them to Jalisco, Mexico, where they partnered with an experienced master blender and a family-run distillery, spending months refining every detail.
