We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. Customers outside the UK may browse our website for information but may not place orders.
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Because we sell alcohol:
– Delivery may require age verification on arrival.
– Couriers may refuse delivery if valid identification is not provided.
– Failed deliveries due to lack of age verification may result in additional redelivery charges.
Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Leve Agave Spirit, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.
