Return and Refund Policy
We hope you enjoy your purchase from Leve Agave Spirit. Because we sell alcoholic beverages, we are unable to accept returns of products for safety, regulatory, and quality-control reasons. However, we want you to have a great experience and will offer refunds or replacements in specific situations outlined below.
We may issue a refund or replacement if:
- The product arrived damaged, broken, or leaking.
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order was missing items.
- The product is faulty or not as described.
- The order was lost in transit and confirmed undelivered by the courier.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Products that have been opened, consumed, or partially consumed.
- Personal taste preferences.
- Orders where correct age verification could not be completed and delivery was refused.
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.
- Orders successfully delivered but subsequently lost or stolen.
- Minor cosmetic imperfections on bottles or labels that do not affect the quality or safety of the product. Leve products are made in small batches by hand, and small variations in label application may occur.
Reporting an Issue
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us at mail@leveagave.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include the following so we can help quickly:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging (if damaged)
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched. We will try to assist if you contact us promptly, but we cannot guarantee cancellation after processing.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If your item is eligible for replacement, we will send a replacement product or issue a refund as appropriate.
