We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom only. Customers outside the UK may browse our website for information but are not able to place orders at this time.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We use reputable UK couriers to deliver your order. Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 2–4 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high parcel volumes, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Age Verification for Alcohol Deliveries

As we sell alcoholic beverages, all deliveries require age verification.
The courier may ask you to present a valid photo ID proving you are 18 or older. Delivery will be refused if age cannot be verified.

If no one aged 18+ is available to receive the order, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to the depot. Additional redelivery fees may apply.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website when available.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears lost in transit, please contact us at mail@leveagave.com within 7 days of delivery.
For damaged orders, please include clear photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Risk of Loss

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title pass to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages where tracking confirms delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO boxes, BFPO addresses, or outside the United Kingdom.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain addresses if we believe delivery is unsafe or not legally compliant.
